Women’s Only Strength Training

The women’s only basic strength training is a class designed to teach women the basic strength training techniques. We choose to offer a women’s only class as we understand that working with other women can be empowering.
Come take advantage of learning new techniques for strength training with the opportunity of having a room full of workout partners at the same time! If the concept of training and learning with like-minded women is appealing, check out our classes that meet two times a week.

How It Works

The women’s only basic meets twice per week - Wednesday nights at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 11am.

Pricing is as follows:
1 week (2 classes) – free
1 class - $15 ($5 for students)
1 month - $60
